CHANTAL DELSOL (Paris, 1947) French Catholic philosopher, essayist and novelist has been preoccupied with contemporary questions of ideology, ethics and political philosophy. She has built strong contacts with intellectuals in East Central Europe since the Eighties, and has been a leading commentator on the meaning of the political changes in the region. Her works have been translated to many languages.
