Gábor Jobbágyi (Budapest, 1947), legal scholar and lawyer, taught law at the University of Miskolc from 1982. From 1996 he was Professor of Law and Chair at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Budapest, and Professor at Széchenyi University in Gyõr. He has published 96 articles in Hungarian and international journals, and published nine books. His special fields are civic law, family law, the law of medicine, and aspects of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution.
